Mr. Guenther is a practicing Architect with over 30 years of experience with residential architecture coordinating and completing various residential projects for private clients. He has been licensed in New York state since 1995. His experience includes both new building construction and renovation of existing buildings and he has completed all sizes of projects from small one room additions and decks to large custom homes. He has a deep understanding of both architectural principles and the practical aspects of residential construction.

Design Development: We then develop preliminary and final designs in an iterative process that encompass both the exterior and interior and provide plans and views of the project to convey our ideas. We consider factors such as spatial layout, lighting, materials, construction methods and functionality to create a cohesive and harmonious living environment.
Code Compliance: We are well-versed in local building and zoning codes and regulations. We ensure that our designs adhere to these standards, obtaining necessary permits and approvals to guarantee the health, safety and legality of the project.
Sustainability Integration: We incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient practices into our designs in the most economical manner possible. This may involve selecting eco-friendly materials, optimizing energy usage, and implementing green building techniques.
Budgeting and Project Management: Balancing design aspirations with financial constraints, we help clients establish realistic order of magnitude budgets for their projects.
Our Process
Site Analysis: Before initiating the design process, we will visit the site to understand how your project fits into the surrounding area. Our analysis may include assessing such environmental factors as topography, existing structures, setbacks, view sheds and plants and trees to ensure the new design harmonizes with the surroundings.
Technology Utilization: We leverage advanced software and technology for design and visualization. We use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to create precise and detailed plans, enabling clients to visualize the end result before construction begins.
Project Management: We can also provide construction management, overseeing construction to ensure that the design is executed accurately and efficiently.
