Mr. Guenther is a practicing Architect with over 30 years of experience with residential architecture coordinating and completing various residential projects for private clients. He has been licensed in New York state since 1995. His experience includes both new building construction and renovation of existing buildings and he has completed all sizes of projects from small one room additions and decks to large custom homes. He has a deep understanding of both architectural principles and the practical aspects of residential construction.

Code Compliance: We ensure that our designs adhere local building and zoning codes and regulations, obtaining necessary permits and approvals to guarantee the health, safety and legality of the project.
Sustainability Integration: We incorporate sustainable and energy-efficient practices into our designs in the most economical manner possible. We select eco-friendly materials, optimize energy usage, and implement green building techniques.
Budgeting and Project Management: Balancing design aspirations with financial constraints, we help clients establish realistic order of magnitude budgets for their projects.
